Doubly terminated Epidote crystal with specular Hematite crystals on the backside of main crystal. Top right edge resembles damage but crystal faces can be observed under magnification. If it was damaged during growth, the crystals were naturally healed.

The skarn deposits of Peru never cease to amaze. This is a great example of epidote and ferro-axinite.
