ORDERING INFORMATION

We understand the uncertainty of ordering online.  We guarantee what we sell and will be happy to refund any purchase as long as the item is returned in the same condition as received.  We cannot however, guarantee the mineral market, therefore returns must be made within 1 months of the date of purchase.  If you see something that you like better at a later date, we will always accept trade-ins against a mineral of the same species. 

We accept MasterCard and Visa.  Please e-mail, fax or call in your orders.  Sales will be on a first come, first served basis. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Unless notified otherwise, we will ship via United States Postal Service, insured registered or priority mail.  If you would like to ship by UPS, or FedEx  please contact us with shipping details.    All shipments are FOB Reno, Nevada.   Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance.  We only charge for the actual shipping charges (no handling or surcharges).  International Customers are responsible for all customs and/or duties.
